Bought a previous model a few years ago and this design is better. Plus our four year old daughter loves the remote. Good product. You will be the hit of the neighborhood with this bubble machine.

Have ordered two within the last week and BOTH are defects. The wand wheel will spin on both but the fan does not work on either. Very disappointed. Company clearly has quality control issues.
Update: I have change my rating from 1 star to 4 because of the following. The company contacted me and offered to send a machine for free. I received it quickly and it is functional. I am pleased that the company follow-up and worked to resolve the issue. I'm quite pleasantly surprised they sent it for free. I hope they just had a bad batch of fans and the quality issues are resolved. A+ for customer service.

I had two of these. The first one dies pretty quickly. (first few days.) The second one operated for a few weeks then died.
They worked well enough when they worked. But I wouldn't buy again.

This bubble machine worked very well. The fan blew out the bubbles at a very fast rate and the unit seems very well constructed. I think the other secret is to get quality Bubble Juice (Froggys was also excellent).

Bought for a wedding and birthday and when we tested it the fan never turned on and the wheel spins even when it should be off. I was so excited for this to work and am Very disappointed!
On the other hand, customer service reached out to me and offered to replace the product several times.

Updated review 4/24/17:
I received a defective item and was contacted immediately by the company and offered a replacement and prepaid shipping label to return the defective machine after receiving the new one. The new machine arrived quickly and works great! It puts out a ton of bubbles and kept my three year old occupied for a really long time. Very pleased with their customer service as they remedied the situation quickly and professionally and would now recommend this bubble machine.
Initial review:
I was really excited about this and purchased it as a birthday present....the motor for the fan does not work at all. The bubble wand slowly turns, but that's all the machine does...clearly defective and will be returned asap.
