Mine makes a buzzing sound and does nothing else. Waited for light to turn on, pressed switch for twenty seconds, just buzzing. It does not appear to be generating any suction to pull fluid to heating coil. I am returning immediately. You can buy one from Party City at about the same price or if you are creative use some household items to drop the fluid onto a hot coil instead of buying this heat producing noise maker.

I'm really impressed at how much power and fog this machine can produce!! It's not that big but it produced a great amount of fog. The machine is already put together but if you want to mount it on the bracket they provide screws for you to do so.
It has a remote that you push to start up the machine. The fog fluid for sure inside the white jug looking thing. The red button on the remote lights up when it's ready to go. We bought this machine for Halloween right around the corner and are so excited to use it!

Does the job. We used it to put out some smoke on a tribal scene. It worked as we needed it for a few seconds of smoke here and there. You will definitely not get continuous smoke! Button kept sticking so I shaved off plastic casting edges with knife to keep it from sticking.
It worked for the little bit and one time I needs it. Then I sold it at a garage sale because I didn't need it.

Worked perfectly when i used it. I Haven't used it long enough to tell you of it's reliability, but none-the-less, instructions are clear and works as directed.

We used it to fog up the area, like smoke, for fire training. Worked well but forgot about alarm system and we set off an alarm that the station was on fire.

Works great! Instructions could have been a bit clearer but once I figured it out it does exactly what it's supposed to do.

Takes a little while to warm up, but works great after that. I need to find a timer so I don't have to man the button. Got this for Halloween and am so excited to use it! Definitely a good buy. Packaging was perfect and shipping was quick.
