Within 2 days of use, The filament from base connecting filaments on top broke leading to nonfunctional Plasma ball.
Update:
Manufacturer offered to refund or replacement and promptly refunded on request.

Love this little unit. Loads of fun for the kids. Great price and a interesting learning tool and a bit of Tesla science for the young ones to go wow over. Try placing a Mercury filled bulb next to it and watch it light up in your hand. Very cool.

Had bought two of them for a trunk or treat and the kids loved it.!! Only thing was only one worked the entire 2 hours. The other stopped working after about 20 mins in. Wrote the seller not even asking for a a replacement but they emailed back saying they would send a new one!!! GREAT and fast response too.

I wanted a nice little distraction for my desk at work. This is perfect, its small, silent, cool to the touch, and durable. It's been on almost 24/7 since I got it months ago and shows no sign of stopping.

I liked it because it looked cool at night but it's just that the I use it the less cool it gets. The plasma beams get less every time I used it. Well, the kid liked it at the first sight.
